Avasha is an experienced professional with more than 15 years of experience in Internal Audit, Assurance, Governance, Risk & Compliance, and Project, Programme and Change Management grounded in her Chartered Accounting background. Avasha’s friendly nature, curiosity, enthusiasm, ‘can do’ attitude, and collaborative leadership qualities combined with her natural resilience and relationship-building skills make her someone you want on your team.
Avasha’s ability to negotiate and influence at all levels ensures she delivers practical, pragmatic and strategic solutions whilst developing and coaching so that others can achieve their goals and aspirations. Avasha has strong ethical principles and works with and is a member of various Boards. Chief Operating Officer
Navin is a strategic, solutions-driven operations professional and people leader with extensive experience in driving performance, conduct, culture and change. He has over 25 years of experience working with global financial services organisations in a variety of leadership and governance roles. Prior to joining Co-Axiom, Navin was the Head of Business Oversight and Acting Chief Operating Officer for a multi-national bank.
Navin is passionate about growth while providing the best customer experiences to customers. He has highly-developed organisational, planning and coordination skills and thrives on continuous improvement, always finding ways to enhance or simplify the best of processes. He is known as a collaborative and trusted subject matter expert who delivers excellent work under pressure.
Navin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and project and change management qualifications.
